Anti-Aging Medicine and Research (AMAR India) is pleased to announce the first ever “Certification Course in Antiaging & Regenerative Medicine : INDOMEDICON – 2009” in association with WOSAAM (World Society of Anti-Aging Medicine) to be held in Mumbai at Le Meridien, from 18th to 20th December 2009.
Aging is inevitable yet modifiable. Anti-aging is not a war against aging but is a science which when implemented not only delays but also prevents the process of aging and also treats age related disorders. It is about maintaining optimum functional levels and quality of life to modulate the aging process. Age management is about aging healthy, gracefully and at your own pace.
It is not at all a new science, especially when we talk about Asia specially India, China and Japan.. The art and science of healthy living is ancient and exists since centuries. Anti-aging is there to fill the gap between centuries old art and newest development in health science. From yoga to nanotechnology to stem cells for regenerative medicine the gap is wide but together they can make a real difference.
